We maintain a specialized Subcontractor (SubCo) Network to support specific, time-bound projects originated by our partners at Sprinklr. This role is a contract-based engagement designed for independent professionals who specialize in CX technology implementation and managed services.

Role Overview

Premium Blend is seeking an Independent Contractor to provide specialized consulting services for a specific subcontracted project portfolio. To ensure 24/5 global support for our clients, we are looking for a consultant based in/working during U.S. standard business hours (PST/EST/CST). This is a time-based engagement (estimated 12 months) focused on executing defined scopes of work for our end-clients. This project requires a dedicated commitment of approximately 20 hours per week to meet defined client milestones.

The Contractor is responsible for delivering the following outcomes during the defined project period. The Contractor will work independently and in collaboration with Premium Blend Consulting and client stakeholders to support successful platform adoption, optimization, and enablement.

Scope of Work & Deliverables:

The Contractor is responsible for the following outcomes within the defined project period:

  • Deliver enablement sessions and targeted training to build confident, self-sufficient end users.
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc training aligned to approved use cases, platform best practices, and evolving client needs.
  • Develop or update enablement materials, documentation, and reference guides as required.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements through working sessions and stakeholder interviews.
  • Translate business needs into end-to-end platform solutions aligned with approved architecture and implementation standards.
  • Identify gaps between current platform usage and desired outcomes, and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Configure and optimize agreed-upon platform features for onboarded users to support adoption and sustained value.
  • Ensure configurations align with current system architecture and anticipated future business requirements.
  • Maintain platform relevancy as business needs evolve within the scope of the engagement.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day working contact for client stakeholders, including brand, agency partners, and system administrators, for matters within the defined scope.
  • Provide clear status updates, recommendations, and escalation points to Premium Blend and client leadership as appropriate.
  • Identify recurring platform limitations or enhancement opportunities observed during delivery.
  • Document and communicate product feedback to Premium Blend and relevant product or engineering partners, as applicable.
  • Support the feedback loop through clarification or validation sessions when requested
  • Regularly analyze platform adoption and consumption metrics and identify opportunities to improve said metrics to drive platform stickiness 
  • Identify and flag opportunities for software and services upsell with Sprinklr account team
  • Make platform optimization and/or feature enablement recommendations based on knowledge of customer business needs and objectives
  • Maintain familiarity with the customer's business goals and objectives to ensure platform configuration is aligned with said goals and objectives 
  • Own MS value realization discussions with customer on a recurring basis
  • Product feedback & continuous improvement
  • Maintain subject matter expertise by attending/reviewing critical training material and product release notes
  • Ensure regular alignment with your Premium Blend point of contact to ensure account health, risk, and issues are properly flagged for escalation

Engagement Details

  • Timezone Availability: Must be available to attend meetings and support clients during U.S. Standard Time (EST/CST/PST) business hours.
  • Term: Fixed-term project (12 months, based on subcontracted scope and may be extended if customer renews contract).
  • Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment. This engagement is based on the availability of subcontracted work and does not constitute an employment agreement.
  • Operational Independence: While contractors are not part of internal operations, you are welcome to attend our weekly Empower Hours to foster genuine connections with our team and understand our culture.
  • Future Opportunities: This is a project-specific engagement and does not guarantee ongoing work. However, should a full-time internal role become available, Contractors are encouraged to apply. Full-time employees at Premium Blend participate in our internal firm development "Pods," receive paid time for personal/professional goals, and engage in community give-back initiatives.
  • Compensation & Pay Transparency: Premium Blend is committed to fair and transparent pay. The good-faith hourly range for this independent contractor engagement is $50.00 – $75.00 USD per hour. The final rate offered will scale within this range based on your location, professional experience and the specialized technical value you bring to the project.

Contractor Qualifications & Expertise

The ideal contractor provides their own tools and possesses the following professional background:

  • 2+ years of experience in social account management or CX technology consulting.
  • Direct experience with Sprinklr or equivalent social media management software is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to interpret industry-specific data and visualize it into a business case.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage your own schedule to meet client deadlines, and lead global stakeholders through change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for high-level stakeholder management.
  • 3-4 year college/university degree or equivalent professional certifications in the field.
  • Bonus / Preferred Expertise: Sprinklr Paid Ads. While not required, candidates with specialized experience in Sprinklr Paid Ads will be prioritized for advanced project modules. This includes the ability to:

    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Paid Ads platform strategies and functional workflows.
    • Design and build platform automations specifically for Ads configuration to increase efficiency.
    • Act as a technical bridge to Sprinklr Success Managers and Product Owners to resolve Ads-specific discrepancies and advocate for client needs.
