Role Overview

At Premium Blend, our work begins long before the SOW is signed — it starts the first time a brand hears our name. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is the person who keeps that front-of-the-funnel humming. You'll bring structure to our social, newsletter, and event motions, keep HubSpot and Mailchimp running clean, and partner with our sales team to turn inbound interest into real conversations. This is a junior, execution-focused role for someone early in their career who loves process, learns new tools quickly, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward. Your Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content across Premium Blend's channels, including support for employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Research and curate content for monthly newsletters targeting customers and partner audiences.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing assets (case studies, social graphics, presentations, PDFs, event materials).
  • Build and manage forms and landing pages in HubSpot to support inbound lead tracking for campaigns and events.
  • Maintain email marketing lists and subscription hygiene in Mailchimp.
  • Contribute to marketing performance analysis by reviewing campaign, content, and lead-funnel performance (engagement, conversions, lead-to-deal ratio) and surface insights to support ROI storytelling and optimization.
  • Support planning and execution of events (e.g. collateral, giveaways, catering, logistics).
  • Assist with webinar coordination — scheduling, speaker prep, invitation management, and live session support (e.g., Q&A moderation).
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Conduct initial research on inbound leads to enrich and validate contact information.
  • Support initial lead follow-up and qualification based on defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Drive direct outreach to prospects via email and contact collection from corresponding marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling between qualified leads and sales representatives.
  • Import and manage sales contact / account lists in HubSpot.
  • Maintain CRM data quality (contact and company associations, data cleanup) in coordination with internal system owners.
  • Serve as the day-to-day CRM and marketing-tools superuser — executing updates and requests, and partnering with internal owners for more complex configurations or system changes.
  • Be a part of our internal firm development Pod that shapes Premium Blend's playbooks, frameworks, and growth initiatives. Most tech consultancies measure you only by billable hours — we protect 15% of yours to build the firm with you.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related coordination role.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and short-term projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with marketing performance data and able to draw basic insights to inform decisions.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing or sales environments.
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels or lead-lifecycle stages.
  • Experience supporting events or webinars.

Compensation: 

Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is non-exempt (hourly ≈ $26.92 – $34.62 / hr + small bonus per qualified meeting accepted by the AE)
